I had to return my Tour after 6 months because the trackball was starting to get bad. Sprint gave me a refurb Tour and it's so much better than my original. No screen ripple, better trackball, no loose battery door, no creaky keyboard, better call audio. I loved my tour before, but now that I've experienced how the Tour should have been from the beginning, I really love it.
I'm jealous. I finally had enough with my Tour and ordered a replacement last week. After 2 hours of transferring, updating and wiping I realized that the keyboard was crap. It had 4 keys that wouldn't work at all and to hang up the phone I had to turn the radio off. Then when ordering the replacement for my replacement they never actually placed the order. It's almost enough to make me go android... almost.
