you know the red asterisk that display on an icon when you have a new message? well, there is one on my blackberry email icon that wont go away. I deleted all the messages, restarted the phone, and that damn asterisk wont go away....ahhhhhhhh!
Check to see if your boxes are combined or seperate if they are seperate combine and any messages will appear in the pooling mail box. Go to any one of the envelope icons. Once in the inbox hit menu key then options then general options and look for sms and email inboxes. Make it combined. Back arrow out to save settings and look at the pooling envelope most likely you have a level one message that isn't showing when they are seperate or theme controlled.
