how about a little help here.....what carrier??? i assume this is for a prepaid plan? would you give a mechanic a horrible description of your car troubles if you needed him to diagnose a specific issue? the more info you give us, the better we can help you. *sigh*
if you call them, they will explain how to properly check and load your balances. most of the time, there is a website where you can review these steps also which will usually walk you through it.
