So my first Tour did not do this, I had to get another due to the track ball, the first refurbished model kept saying it was provisioning every time I ended a call, the first few times I waited about 10 minutes and nothing so I clicked cancel, and then the phone would freeze and I would have to do a battery pull, and tech support insisted that they send me another refurbished model, and this one is doing the same thing, the first time I had 5.0 with the 714 hybrid, I read somewhere that this was an issue so when I got the new Tour I put the 711 hybrid on and it is still doing it.
They are on the phone right now and still insist on sending me another device, what should I do?
