I have been trying to change the notification profile on my Tour (Sprint) so there is one alert for all (email, SMS, etc) instead of two but it does not hold the change. I am told this is a BB issue, not a Sprint issue. Is there a way around this? Thanks

I think you need to create custom profiles.
