Ok so I have a tour and it's my 3rd BB. This being the 1st with the profiles setup in the way they are. I need help. Whether i have the phone set to Loud, Medium ( why is there no quite) my phone makes the same noise. and rings really loud. I went into the options to play around with the ringers and sound levels, but no matter where I set them. The phn is the same noise level. What am I not getting about the new profiles.
Any help/explaining is appreciated because I am really confused about this 1....
