wassup guys, i just got a new to me tour and i master reset the phone then uploaded my software from my old storm. but my emails wont work and when i go to the email setup it only has the enterprise email option. how to i change this to set up personal email accounts
you need to log onto your bis site and change the account to the new phone. once the service books are sent over your email will be back up and running and there will be no enterprise options
the BIS site is your internet access to your account. I've been searching for the BTC BIS site and haven't found anything. Have you tried contacting your carrier?
