Sometimes when I click on an email to read it, my Blackberry will display the last message I viewed instead of the one I want. In order to fix it, I have to go back and click on the message its showing me and then clicking on the message I want to see will work. This happens several times a day now.

Any ideas about what's going on before I try calling Verizon?

Sounds silly but are you sure you're clicking the correct message? I know that a lot of times on my Tour I end up clicking another message because I am not used to pressing down as far on the trackball. I end up scrolling up as I press in. I do it all the time! It is irritating. I don't think it would be an issue that Verizon could help you with. Or at least I do not know how they would. Keep us up to date on what they say if you decide to call them. I would like to know what they say.

If it is indeed trackball moving, you could just hit enter instead of click the trackball and see if it shows same problems where the wrong message gets displayed.
