What's up this is VeRBal, I work for Sprint and i've seen all kind of issues with the BlackBerry Tour. But what i want to see is what issues everyone else is having. What i have noticed is that the newer Tour's that are coming out dont have that Back Plate issue anymore.


Here's a few of the issue's i seen. Look familiar?

1. While playing a song on your Tour and you get a message the song starts over. I didn't experience this on my 8330

2. Phone just goes white when trying to enter apps.

3. Of course the trackball issue. (But i noticed changing the sensitivity to 80 kinda fixes that)

4. The device doesn't provision properly.

What? I didnt know there were issues with the Tour. It's about time someone made a thread about issues.

The glue on the case preventing me from putting it down. Had it 3 weeks and it's been flawless so far!
