I just got my blackberry tour couple weeks ago and people have sent me pictures and it says to go to telusmobility.com/snap but when i go there it says number and password well when i said dont have password or whatever i put my number in for it to send me one but i dont get one and i was told something to do with MMS but i have no idea if im supposed to have that. So can anyone help me do i have to contact my provider ? Thanks
