I received a replacement phone from insurance carrier. I restored all of my data onto the new blackberry tour via computer (using usb). Everything worked perfectly, except when i tried to upload new photos i had taken with the replacement phone. I tried several times and the new photos are not transfering on my computer using the media manager launch. Anyone know how to fix this problem? thanks.
If media card support is on and mass storage mode support is on, the you should be able to access it like any storage device (Drag/Drop, Copy/Paste ect.). You can also auto enable mass storage mode when connected and it will prompt you to view files and pictures when its connected via usb.
