ok so my old phone was the bb pearl from vzw now i have a storm 1 which i hate and might be switching to the tour. my question is, say i call a company where i need to type of phone #s or letters etc is this a problem on the tour like i remember it being on the pearl or are you able to type out what you need w/o problem? i remember on the pearl the #s didnt match up with some of the letters and so if i needed that letter the phone wouldnt recognize my hitting the letter. hopefully this makes sense.
