    Used to be able to use P or N to go to the prior or next email, but now it's not working. Any suggestions on how to get that back?

    This is now a chronic issue. After a battery pull it's fine for a minute or so, than stops. Sometimes only the p or the n stops for a while before both do.

    I'm stymied.

    Do those keys work in other situations such as typing a message?

    If you are having problems with the keys working in general, then it sounds like maybe moisture damage.

    Also, what device are you asking about? Your profile indicates an 8830 but this is the Tour forum section.

    It's for a tour. They work just fine otherwise. It's very odd.

    I'd prefer not to get a new phone, but may go that route.
