    I cannot get my calendar and contacts to sync. Who do I call for support; Verizon , Blackberry; or someone else? This is tickin me off now......

    What steps have you followed?
    Is the synchronization set up correctly in BlackBerry Desktop Manager?
    What happens when you try to sync?
    Do you get an error message?


    Note that if you call RIM for support, you will have to pay. I believe it starts at $49.

    I was able to sync this info when I first set up the BBs (mine and my wifes) via the desktop manager. The software has been updated on the BB and the desktop manager. I am not sure if this is when the issue began though.

    I receive this error:

    Error code 0x80040bf3
    Check documentation

    I have tried to sync from the BB to the PC, and that actually works. I cannot sync from the PC to the BB, or two way sync.

    I wanted to circle back and let everyone know I did get this fixed, just havent had time to post. Verizon helped via phone call. The issue was with my contacts in Outlook, they were corrupt. A simple export, then import back in (didnt delete any contacts) fixed the issue for both the calendar and contacts. Hour and a half on the phone, but Im back up and running.
