Can I please get a link or 2 for the easiest way to roll back the OS for the tour? Please no posts about "Just search the forums" or "Take the time to read", I work 12+ hours a day and have a family and simply don't have the time to search thousands of posts for the simplest way to do this. I am not very familiar with BB Desktop manager, I've been told you need to use this to do it, as I don't use it much but I am very computer literate. I am just sick and tired of not being able to get rid of the recently used sounds.... Thank You in advance for the help.
Do you have your previous OS version available? If you kept it on your PC when you upgraded, all you have to do is delete the new version from your PC, install the previous version, and run Loader.exe. There's no point in me going further with the details until I know if you have your previous version available. If you don't, we'll have to take a different approach.
