    I started dling it last night and let it update as i fell asleep, this morning i woke up to a new ringtone and in my excitement 5.0 was done! But then i checked my emails....gone, pictures....gone, videos.....gone, ringtones gone, yet all my sms stayed? Someone explain why and how to get them back? I did backup on DM before i did the OTA update. Thanks!

    You backed up with the DM. Go to restore and there you go.

    Start DM, select restore,and pick what backup file you want to restore.
