i was updating my 9630 to the new software release and my laptop decided to suddenly shut down on me and now my blackberry says "Reload Software 507" and my desktop manager will not recognize it what should i do please help?

when the unknown" pin pops up and you should be hitting next.. I have done that about 20 times and it just pops up and says "the blackberry desktop software does not have Blackberry Devices Software for that device that you have connected to the computer. contact oyur wireless service provider or system administrator." Can anyone tell me what else i can do i need my phone running tonight. please and thank you

can you manually download the OS from RIM and tell the DM to load it on there?

Reboot computer...dl a program called blackberry swiss army knife and wipe it to original settings. If of course the reboot doesn't help...I would normally tell you to pin me for more help but in this instance just pm I will (up a little longer.
