I have a BIG problem with my Tour. it only rings once! what happened to the "set number of beeps" options in the ring menu?

I am missing almost all my calls, this sucks.

I am using the LOUD profile.

also I need incoming emails to give me at least 3 rings, and it only gives 1 as well!

any help would be great, it seems like a downgrade from my curve considering I can barely feel the lame vibrate, and I miss all the rings!
