I use the 8900, but always loved the tour. Gotta say blackberry build quality has been an issue since the newer generation models started debuting. My 8900 has a solid build though, sorry tour owners, ya'll still have a great device anyways

I agree with the OP, this thing sucks! I finally got my stupid back massage app running after 2 hours on the phone with tech support but the happy ending feature won't enable. For $200 I shouldn't have to do it manually! Screw this, I am going back to my Sanyo 8100.
