OK for the umpteenth time about the track ball
I recently (10/10/09) purchased a Tour 9630. I thought it was GREAT!!!! Everything was great, mind you I'm a first time BB user! It had a "green dot" on the box...Then the past couple days, the track ball was acting "sluggish" I'd swipe over it and it wasnt' responding as well (It would, but not "as well") I was like wth??? Nothing else is wrong with it....Everything else is great...(as far as the options I have used) Do you think I should return it? Will I get a 'better" model/version? I mean it is only 2 weeks old. Husband's trackball doesn't feel as "flimsy" as mine, Mine moves erratically, husband's feels solid...We both have green dot Tours. What do I do? Suggestions welcome, please I'm a newbie, no snide comments please!
