Someone Told Me A Few Days Ago That I Can Stop The Trackball Issue On My Tour For Sprint By Backing Up My Device Wiping It Out Do A Battery Pull And Start From Scratch Has Anyone Tried This And If So Did It Work? Or Is This Jus A Waste Of Time

I have tried this to see if it would help me with my trackball issue on my first Tour. It did not help and only wasted time I should not have wasted.
Have Sprint send you a replacement Tour and don't stress over the issue you are having with your trackball on your current Tour.

But I'll stand by my idea that the trackball problems are hardware, not software.
