Back in February I returned my 2nd 8330 device to Bell because I was having problems with it turning itself off and back on. So Bell re-activated my previous cell phone which was a Samsung sph-m500, however the girl at Bell said if I wanted to change my phone again in the coming months I would need to call Bell. Originally my plan was set to expire at the end of August, however when I got my previous phone re-activated they could not give me my old plan. So when I called Bell they said I had another 3 years left on my current phone because they see it's a new plan, even though the phone I have was released in 2006 or 2007 and is no longer being sold. Well after telling them the story what happened with the 8330 they reverased it and said my plan expires on July 17th, the same day the Tour is being sold at Bell stores and I will able to upgrade to it without any problems.
