I've been running a Tour for about 4 months now (my first BB and love it) and I've noticed the phone seems to pick up a lot of background noise. I thought RIM implemented noise cancellation on this model, was I mistaken? My friend has one too and whenever I talk to him, I can here everything in the background. Call quality is important to me as this is my business phone, and am weighing switching over to the 9700 on coworker's suggestion. He says the noise cancellation on the Bold 2 works extremely well. Any input?
I think there is an option called "enhanced call quality" or something of the likes that comes up in the options while in a call. (Press BB button, hit it, and try.) Haven't ever tried it out. Not sure what it does...
