I had purchased a tour off of a friend that required a new trackball. After doing the installation, i cant connect to the network at all! Anyone have any idea?!

There is a radio antenna that you may have missed when you placed the phone back together. It just needs to be connected back

There's a much easier way to replace the trackball that doesn't require disconnecting any wires.

I had to take apart and put back together a few times to get mine to work right. Have patience . Also I called verizon and had to re register my BB. For whatever reason, it got knocked out. Hope this helps you.

i didnt disconnect any wires but ill take it apart again and see if maybe it loosened. I did a battery pull and the service came back on, but its very very limited where just about every call is dropped, which has never happened. Thanks everybody for the suggestions.
