where is the menu to add call forwarding numbers and conditions how they're forwarded like in other blackberries? I can dial to vzw and have all my calls forwarded but I only want calls forwarded when a call is not answered on my blackberry.

I don't know, I can't find the "call forward no answer" option, either. I know landlines can do it, but I've never tried doing it on my BB.

The bold has various call forward options under the phone's menu but the tour doesn't have the same options. I wonder if its because of the newer os or vzw's choice to limit the options.

Call forwarding options need to be remotely activated by your carrier then they'll be available on your phone.
