    I have no browser on my blackberry, I can connect to the internet but I can not click on any links within them or in an email.

    Here are some things Ive found and tried.
    There is no browser icon, if I go to switch application and browser, I get nothing.
    Ive tried resending the service books but nothing happens. I get notifications they were sent and received successfully but it doesn't change anything.

    Ive taken it to verizon and they say they can't do anything. they don't understand why their is no browser.

    Earlier today I was on the phone and tried to download something and it said browser was disabled by it policy. I looked up on the board went through where I tried to change the policy by doing a security wipe and the then reloading the phone. Did that and nothing has changed. Im not sure what else to do.

    I got the phone from my dad and he says their was no enterprise software use. I would just like to be able to click links in my email and use the browser.
