Well yesterday i picked up my tour , got home to set up everything and i notice the box says sprint and the phone says verison? hmmm? i took it back and got another with sprint on the phone just because i didnt want any further issues down the road. The phone works well BUT the thing is sometimes i will have full bars and when iam home i have nothing.. but iam going to wait and see what happens in few days.
Call Sprint and ask what PRL (preferred roaming list) its a 5 digit number, they can show you how to check on your phone, usually by dialing

this will bring up a list with information on the network. If your PRL needs updating you may experience fluctuations in signal.
