I got a new tour today to replace the one with a non working trackball and now on the new one the end key does not respond without siggnigant pressure, has anyone else had this problem? Should I take this one back and get another??
Do YOU think it should be doing that? Do all the other buttons press normally? If so, then the logical conclusion is that there is something wrong with the button.
As another poster noted, please test before you leave the store.
Good advice! Everyone should play around with it a bit before they leave. Normally I play with my devices while the rep is changing things over, activating, etc.
