The roller ball on my Tour died on me so they gave me a new one. All is well except my memory. When I am deleting email messages I am always prompted as to whether I want to delete it from just the handheld or from the handheld and on the server. I cannot remember how to reset the handheld defaults so I don't get that prompt each time. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
