Hi, let me first appologize if I am posting this in the completely inappropriate section, i'm new to the site and had not been able to find an answer to this question anywhere.
Anyways, I'm looking at buying a Tour (currently have a Storm and hate it, NEED a keyboard) but I don't want to loose all of my data. Can I use desktop manager to make a complete backup of my Storm to then be transfered to the Tour, or is this backup option in desktop manager compatable for only the same model of phone?

Yes, use the Device Switch Wizard within Desktop Manager and it will back up your data and settings to transfer to the new device. Keep in mind it won't backup your third party applications, so you will need to install those again on the Tour.
