I just received a new tour from my insurance because I got the first one wet. I was able to transfer all of my old settings from my first phone, except for some reason not all of my messages are showing up. My phone alerts me that I have a new message but there's nothing in my messages folder. Also, my BBMs aren't showing up there either. I've already tried resetting my time, a battery pull, and combining mailboxes. Not sure what else to do.
