I bought a Tour new in box sealed on ebay...its a Alltel phone that was supposed to be unlocked, and I'm on AT&T. The phone, email thru my company, texting all work fine...i can very rarely use the browser and have never been able to send or receive sms picture messages. The phone also does funny things when I travel and start using other networks, says call failed congestion. For example the internet worked for the first time when i went to Florida last week, but now since I'm home it won't. Somebody please give me some pointers, AT&T wont even talk to me since its not one of their phones and Alltel wont either since I'm not a customer.
