I finally upgraded to os 5.0.230. Everything went ok but I noticed the name of the media folder changed. It went from "media" to "net_rim_bb_file.explorer.Media". All the subfolders like pictures, music, videos, etc are still there. I'd just like to change the name of the folder back to media. Any ideas on what I have to do?

go to the folder and hit the menu button and edit folder.....

I tried that and there is no edit folder option.

oooooo their is a fix for that though i think, can you move everything outta that folder and create a new folder and make the picture on the folder the media icon? have you tried that?

I suppose worst case I could try that, but I'd prefer to keep the original folder icon.

I know I read a fix for sprint net_rim_etc media folder name but can't remember where for the life of me. Try BBHybrids - Blackberry Hybrids because I'm pretty sure it was on the forums there.
