    Happy holidays to all i need sum help with my email set up my bb tour is used from ebay i wiped it clean try to set up a new email acount it says one already in use so i try to hit the forgot password icon type my info in its says sending password to my bb but i never get any one know whats up?

    It sounds like your ebay seller didn't release the PIN from his/her carrier. Try contacting first the seller and ask them to contact their carrier and request a PIN/IMEI release, that the device has been sold.

    maybe, if the original owner was through sprint, then tech support should be able to look up the pin # through their access to the bb admin. If the original owner was through another carrier, then it will have to be released like sparks said. If you are unable to contact thr original owner, then you may need to contact bb support to get it unlocked.
