I bought an Unlocked Tour (sprint) from the US, and when I put in my european sim card for my 3G operator i can use some of the emails and phone functions but not the bb messenger and the browser.
Every time I put in the sim card it says provisioning status for a while followed by provisioning status failed unable to contact the wireless network.

When I contact my operator they say the phone might be branded whatever that means and when I contact the seller I am told its never happened before and that is properly unlocked.

What to do ???

I have exactly the same problem !
I use my SPRINT Tour with GSM network, but it is alwaysa PROVISIONING everytime the phone startup
I know exactly that VERIZON doesn't have this annoying message every startup.....
So how to remove the PROVISIONING STATUS progress just like in VERIZON ?
