My Tour has Intermittent Internet
I got my Tour last week, during the day when RIM was "having issues." Since that time, my internet access "up-time" has not exceeded 15 minutes at a time. I have done all the usual things, deleted the service books, reactivated, and even reset the email addresses and sent the service books. And of course, the battery pulls. My Tour has the battery out more than in with this issue. I live in the city, and have all the "bars" lit all the time. Nothing worked. It is extremely frustrating.
Does anyone have a similar issue or has anyone had such an issue and resolved it? I would like to try anything and everything before I exchange it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
