So back in April, Sprint decides that my roaming (voice and data) usage is beyond their contract limitations. Well, that is no coincidence seeing that my home address is roam for Sprint. Not wanting to purchase a device to connect through my computer (their suggestion) , I jumped ship to ATT. My Tour was replaced with 9700. After reading these forums, I discovered many Tours were never locked. I dropped in my ATT SIM and changed connections and bam, Tour is workin like a champ! Thanks CB forums for helping me out! Thanks ATT for good service! Thanks Sprint for your screwed up policy!
