Most of the time there is no problem with the emails I send. But one person always reports thatnthe emails they receive format me is gibberish and unreadable. Anyone have an idea of what the problem could be. Is the problem with my phone or theirs? Would appreciate any info as this has driven me crazy as I can't find an answer. Thanks in advance.

Maybe the encoding or the email client on their phone. If others can receive it just fine, that would lead me to think that the issue is not your account as it would affect ALL outbound emails.

That is also my conclusion . The recipient is my supervisor, but, she indicates that she receives emals from everyone else just fine. She has a BB 9650. Any idea what setting she should change.

I got a weird text from a classmate on my 9550 just before I switched to the Z10. Never happened before and when I notified the sender her next text came in normally. I think it is her phone, it sounds more like a recipient issue than a sender one.

This is a known issue with the Z10 depending on which firmware version you have.

Several AT&T users have reported that this issue has been resolved with the latest OS update.

I would recommend to those of you who are on AT&T to try the update, it may resolve this issue for you. Those of you not using AT&T should get a similiar OS update soon.

Also, always a good idea to do a backup before any OS update. The Blackberry Link utility is specifically designed for this.
