    I clicked on "move to folder" and now I cannot find my application. Where did it go? How can I just put it back to the applications folder?

    After you clicked 'move to folder', didn't it give you options as to where you wanted to move it? You are talking about an application icon, right?

    Yes I am talking about an application icon and No it didnt give me any options of where to move it, it was just gone

    Still shows up in my applications list but the icon is nowhere to be found

    Check to see if you hid it by accident since the two entries are abutting. Go to MENU > SHOW ALL.
