I upgraded my Tour on Sprint to 4.7.1.57 with 4.1.0.70 platform.

While doing so I lost all sorts of items including my Facebook app and Web Browser.

I have tried going to advanced options host routing tables. I cannot seem to find out where this can be fixed.

Hey I just got a new tour from vzw and had everything on it. I get the new phone and don't have icons for browser, apps, fb, downloads, bbm, pretty much every little thing that is data related. Any ideas if this is connected to the service outage or did I not do something properly?

it all has to do with the service outage...
