    I tried living with the somewhat messed up trackball for a while (didn't want to go through the hassle for something so little) but its progressively gotten worse and now its barely working. Unfortunately, its been over 30 days, if I were to send it in, would I have to pay for the repair or anything; or does verizon have a separate thing for the tour?

    It under a 1 year warranty as long as you bought it from your carrier. I would call and have them send you out a replacement Tour

    under 30 days= bran new phone upon returning it....after 30 days= certified like new (refurb) upon returning it....

    Yep you will get a refurb, if you have verizon call 611 and they will send one out to you (overnight usually).
