Just got my replacement in from Asurion, and it says "Can't access media card due to fatal error" when I put in my media card. The card worked fine with the old one. When I get home this evening, I will likely try my wife's card. If it doesn't work in my phone, do I assume it is a slot problem and send it back to Asurion?

First, I'd backup all the files on your SD card and format it. Then readd all the files and see if that does the trick.

You can also put the memory card in the card reader on the PC, transfer all the files onto the PC, then format the card in the BlackBerry and transfer the files back from the PC to the BlackBerry.
