    Media sync is now saying "it doesent reconnize my device" try these other steps?

    1. a media card is installedcorrectly in my BB
    2. mass storage is turned on in my BB

    whats this mean?

    this all happened after i ungraded the media sync. it was all working fine b4

    It's saying that it does not see your media card on your device...

    Pull the card out and re seat it and see what happens.

    Was having similar trouble with the tour. 1) check to see if you've put the sd card in correctly, etc. 2) go into "options" then "memory" and make sure "mass media sharing" or something like that says yes... That fixed it for me!
