Hi, I'm a first time BB user, got a Verizon Tour a couple of weeks ago. Couple of things that bug me:
The lowest volume on the media player is way too loud for being the lowest. I sometimes like to listen to music in the office and don't want to bother other people with it. It needs a step or maybe two down. The boost is off.
Also, the escalating alarm simply doesn't escalate.
I searched but haven't found any solutions for either problem. Could it maybe be resolved in a future software update? I just got the new .57 and see no changes.
