I'm using the roxio media management for my bb. I know you have to load the music to the card and not the device, as it tells you to do so. When I load the music on the bb from my library, it loads but I dont see it on my bb
I just drag and drop it into the music folder in windows.
Roxio MM is so bad its reason not to use a BB....
I only use it to convert videos to the proper format.
can your computer see your phone as an external storage device?
then you will see a drive letter next to the berry.
when you click on it, you will see a Blackberry folder.
Under this folder you will see:
/documents
/music
/pictures
/ringtones
just click on the music folder.
then browse to the music on your computer and drag the files into this folder.
Do you have correct mp3 tags for the music. The BB displays the music based on those tags. For example, genre, artist, title, track, etc.
Also, after it is moved, it can take a while for the BB to scan the card and show the music.
Oh, also, if you do use drag/drop (mass storage mode), then the BB will not show the sd card if it is hooked up via the usb cord. You must disconnect - use the tasktray icon "Safely remove..." to disconnect.
