after having two curves three storms is this the first blackberry in a while from verizon thats good im not finding to much fault with this phone as of yet .bbm 5.0 not its fault no themes no its fault battery life ajust network from global to xlev turn off gps if not using and its pretty good . im pleased so far what about you

It's a good phone but some have complained in other posts that it doesn't float if you drop it in the toilet and it doesnt cook breakfast for you so it's making me wonder if i should keep it =)

Ummm seriously aside from a few bugs that should be fixed with a few os upgrades...it's an excellente phone.

I think it's a great phone. I haven't had such a good phone for a while. Sure it doesn't make me breakfast but it makes good calls, fast, and I don't have any problems. I am sure that even after some minor OS updates it will rock even harder.

So far, no problems! Browser is a serious upgrade from OS 4.5 on my curve 8330. Screen quality is amazing too, not to mention the 3.2 megapixel camera. All about it

It is an overall great phone. They appears to be some manufacturing issues with the first batch or two but that seems to be working itself out with exchanges. This is a common problem with any new phone.

So far I am pretty happy with the Tour. Have not seen the little hour glass. I've only had it 24 hours.

The only realistic thing that would make this phone better are software upgrades. This phone on 5.0 is going to satisfy a lot of owners.

This trackball is killing me. Its so annoying. Everyone I hear who returns their tour for a new one STILL has the issue. I dont want to exchange for a new one and be phone-less for a few days just to have the same problem.

Seriously, I traded in my Curve that I had just gotten 2 weeks ago since I was in the 30 day trade period. I love the look...waiting for a snazzy cover as the store was all out. Haven't had any luck sync-ing my contacts from my macbook yet...as pocketmac appears not to be working well with Tour.
And only other issue is the message I get that the USB charge current isnt sufficient..Which I wish I knew the answer to..because I have a new macbook pro, so I don't think the current would not be strong enough?
