I currently own the BB Bold 9000, thing is, i got crappy service in my area for ATT, so i was wondering what differences you guys think i will notice between the 2? is wifi really that important? its really nice with my bold...and thing is fast as all **** in 3G coverage areas...i was wondering how fast is this phone in comparison to....since this is basically my only choice.

OS 4.7.1 is slow. No wifi is going to be bad in the case that your new carrier might not have good coverage. Then you have no options for backup. Trackball is less reliable than the 9000. App memory is better on the Tour, but the processor is slower.

so basically the Tour is slower, but however, it wont matter cause the Bold has a crappy signal in my area...so i might as well just go for it and just buy the tour and be done with it.

Unless you end up with crappy signal on the Tour. Then you have bad signal and no wifi...

Better check your coverage first. Also, OS 4.7.1 is pretty terrible for a lot of people, not because of the cpu speed. Recommend upgrading to OS5 if you get a bunch of hanging.

I did check my coverage, Verizon has 90% better coverage in my area...ATT has EDGE only, no 3G....sux
