One of the questions that I researched on here was "what is the largest Media card that I can put into the Tour and not have issues."
i've found that 16g is the biggest right now...but my question really is:
Does running a hybrid OS impact the ability to go to a larger size card?
*Sorry if this is in the wrong area of the forum*

No, the size card used is determined by the OS.
Currently 16gb is the max for a single partitioned SD card.
Split a 32 into two 16gb slices/partitions and you can run a 32gb card (If you can find/afford one)
