I just got the tour today. Good phone. No issues with the mic, screen ripple is not that bad, battery cover isn't loose. The thing is the O doesn't click like the rest of the buttons? anyone else having this problem?

Nope sorry. My "O" might be a bit brighter than the other keys, but only if I look hard.

Poor guy, swap it!
Does it just not "feel" the same? Or does it not register like the rest, requiring a harder press to get it to work?
If it works fine, just feels different, I say get over it, and stop nitpicking, could be much worse!
If it actually doesn't work half the time you push it.... Swap it. Just make sure you test out your replacement before leaving the store and say goodbye to your old Tour.
mine was like that but there was something stuck under it. blow it out with a can of air
I'm keeping it no doubt. It just feel different that's all. It does register it just gets annoying when I press it, don't feel a click, and press it again. I'll get use to it though.
not sure if this is normal or not. sometimes when i press alt esc i can scroll through the apps that are running. but other times it just goes straight to the second app running
Haha wtf. I didn't even notice that until you said something. Now my OCD is working overtime! Thanks! Hahaha!
And now that you did mention it, the QWERAD and left alt keys are dimmer.
*shrug* I still love my Tour!

Mine did the same thing, did a DOA replacement, second one worked fine.
I was considering returning my Tour because the keyboard felt stiffer than my curve. It felt like i had to press extra hard while typing and made alot of typos.
I figured i would get used to it over time.
I ended up exchanging it because i was having a trackball issue. I cannot believe the difference in the keyboards. The second Tour has a great keyboard, not hard to type at all. Glad i exchanged it.
Bottom line, you are within your 30 day return period...at least take it in and see if you can try another out.
I think that might be normal on a new keypad. My 8900 did that for a lil while til I broke it in. ;)
