    I reloaded windows and I need to restore a backup file to my tour. It won't let me and i tells me that i don't have permission now. Is there a way to fix this? I tried to take over the files but with no success. Help please!

    Yes I have tried everything. It looks like it is lock to my old computer name setup. It will not let me take ownership of the file. Any ideas anyone?

    ONe option might be to call your carrier. Explain what happened and see if they xfer you over to RIM. They might help.
